ako man sana, may ganyang figure. he he :) 25 pounds ago na lang pala. but truthfully, i trained for 8 months for this role. pa-hollywood effect kasi. ayan, napangbintangan tuloy akong anorexic. but honestly, the weight looked good from all angles for the movie but i wouldn't want to be this thin again.
di ba katawa tawa pag binalikan kung gano ka-malisyoso minsan ang media? they make a big deal about celebrities' weight- kesyo mataba, kesyo payat. buti na lang di pa ako napagbibintangang buntis lately. ha ha ha :) diet shmiet. sarap kumain!!! :)

yeah, mukha ngang you trained really hard for that role. but personally, i would rather have you put on some pounds for one simple reason- it's healthier. your size now is just perfect. you look fit and spirited. and your skin is glowing! (as always!)
some people do make such a big deal about weight issues, na para bang bang it's the only thing that makes up the person in you. if it happens to us "ordinary" people, how much more to celebrities like you who are constantly in the limelight. a little change in weight and it whips up all sorts of malicious things. blame it on hollywood's paradigm of beauty. oh well...
i hate it pag binabati yung weight ko, instead of just asking how i am. dieting is just so hard for me... i so love food!!!
yup. i have metal rods in my back, bolts and screws that's why that was 110 lbs. and not less. i also had a condition that time and needed surgery so i had to put on weight fast. my surgeons operated when i reached a 118. supposedly, the deal was 120 pounds but i was already scheduled and they made sure my protein levels were normal. 120-125 is my normal weight. but lately, i have more curves than i need. ha ha :)
i am on another diet. not for a role but just to be in shape. i wasn't able to work out the whole time i was away but today i'll run at the oval track of ultra. i'll also enroll in bikram yoga. i think it's also time to go back to gold's gym. ha ha :) but not to worry, i LOVE to work out. i have a pool at home and a treadmill so kapag tamad to go out, i have no excuse not to work-out.
yeah, i heard that you had a condition (was it renal?) that's why you lost so much weight. i was so worried about you then. so, how are you na after the surgery? i really hope and pray that you have totally recuperated.
you're curves now are in the right places naman, so no worries :-) as for me, my ideal weight for my height is 128lbs. im less than that but i still feel heavy. i really NEED to lose weight especially because i have a spinal condition. i know you can very well relate to that :-) i used to do treadmill and stationary bike but i've been tamad lately. i don't like working out alone kasi. aside from physical therapy, i just do my home exercises for strengthening back muscles and take a few laps in the pool and that's about it.
i heard bikram yoga is really good. michael (williams) strongly recommended it to me. he lost weight from doing that :-)
